Terms & FAQs

Payment Terms

Payment for photography services must be made in full on the day of the session. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash
  • Venmo
  • Check

- Failure to provide payment on the day of the session will result in the cancellation of services.

- Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances once the session has been completed and payment has been made.

Editing & Client Modifications

Clients are not permitted to make their own edits to the photos provided. Any unauthorized alterations, edits, or manipulations of the photographer's work are considered a misrepresentation of the original images.

Marketing Use of Photos

All photos taken during the session are the property of the photographer and may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to: social media, website promotion, portfolios, and advertisements. If you have concerns regarding the use of your images, please inform the photographer prior to the shoot.

Delivery of Photos
  • Photos will be delivered to clients within 2 weeks of the session via email, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
  • Rush orders or expedited delivery requests may be subject to an additional fee.
Client Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the final results, please contact the photographer. Any requests for specific edits or changes to the photos must be made within 1 week of receiving the final gallery. Requests made after this period will be at the photographer's discretion and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancelation & Late Policy
  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a session.
  • A $25 fee will be charged for any no-call no-show or for cancellations made within the 48-hour timeframe prior to the scheduled session.
  • A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. After the grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied for every additional 30-minute increment of tardiness.
  • The late fee policy does not apply to event mini shoots, as these are scheduled back-to-back, and timing must remain strict.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be accepted without penalty due to weather or family emergencies.
Weather Conditions

Your safety and comfort are always my top priority when planning outdoor photo sessions. Weather-related cancellations will only be considered valid if conditions include heavy rain, snow, or high winds that would interfere with the quality of the photos or pose a risk to those involved. I will closely monitor the forecast leading up to your session and communicate any necessary changes at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling is required, we will work together to find a new date that best suits your availability.


Please note that weather reschedules are offered at no additional charge.

What to Wear or Bring

Choosing the right outfits can elevate your photos and create a polished, cohesive look! For group sessions, I recommend selecting a color palette with 2-3 complementary tones. While matching colors can look great, it’s not necessary for everyone to wear the exact same outfit. Neutral tones, earthy colors, and soft pastels tend to photograph beautifully in natural light. Avoid large logos or bold patterns that might distract from the people in the photos.
